Drivley (originally Lexi’s Lil Bug) began in 2016 when our Founder and President, Erika DeShazo noticed the tremendous amount of stress her co-workers experienced during mandatory schedule changes at her former company.

With the new shift assignments, those who had young children or aging parents struggled to secure transportation to/from daycare, school, extra-curricular activities and even doctor’s appointments. Her coworkers found themselves having to choose between their careers and their families – all because of transportation limits.

With a strong background in childcare and early childhood development, Erika quickly recognized an opportunity to serve these families by creating a safe and reliable transportation service built specifically for young children and aging parents. At that moment – Drivley was born!

Today, Drivley serves dozens of families across the Baltimore Maryland region, keeping everyone on time, on schedule and on track with the demands of life.
