What areas in Maryland does Drivley service? Drivley is an on-demand ride service serving the Greater Baltimore, Maryland area. Drivley will release in surrounding areas as we continue to grow!

Hours

What are Drivley hours of operations? Drivley is open 6am to 8pm everyday (weekends too!) to service transportation requests.

Holidays

Is Drivley open during the holidays? Drivley is closed during the following holidays: Martin Luther King Jr Day, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Years Day.

Age Limits

Who can request rides through Drivley? Drivley accepts rides from passengers 5 years and older.

Car Seats

Does Drivley provide car seats? At this time, Drivley does not provide car seats but requires them to be provided by care giver for use during rides.

Meet & Greets

Can I meet my driver before services start with Drivley? Yes, but based on availability of our team. We support fostering a relationship between drivers, families and passengers.

COVID-19

What are Drivley COVID precautions? Drivley takes the risk of COVID very seriously while working to ensure the safety of all team members and passengers. See details here.

Payment Forms

What forms of payment does Drivley accept? We accept all major credits cards from Mastercard, Visa, American Express and etc.

Check Payments

Does Drivley accept check payments? Drivley allows for some passengers to use electronic check payments only through our merchant processing system such as Paypal or Square.

Billing

Why does Drivley bill invoices despite school closures or cancellations? Drivley strives to maintain a great customer experience for our families while promoting loyalty from our drivers. In order for our services to stay consistent and cover operational expenses including guaranteed compensation for drivers we have adopted a non-exemption policy.

Vehicle Safety

How can passengers identify Drivley vehicles? Fleet vehicles will display company logo decals or stickers positioned for easy viewing to the public.

Note: All passenger vehicles are owned, maintained and insured by Drivley.

Availability

What happens when all ride slots are reserved? In the event Drivley does not have availability for recurring ride slots, please sign up for our waiting list here. We look forward to hearing from you!

One-Time Rides

What is considered a One-Time Ride? All rides are requested on a need basis for a single day or a few days for a week. This option is ideal for caregivers who do not need a commitment for an extended period.

Services are based on availability.

Recurring Rides Slots

What are considered Recurring Rides? All rides are requested for an extended period of time for a minimum of four (4) days per week. This is an ideal option for caregivers who need a committed ride slot for the entire school year.

Drivers

Does Drivley guarantee the same drivers every day? Drivley strives to maintain the same drivers for passengers but we can not guarantee it in case of emergencies.

In the event of any driver changes, caregivers are notified promptly.

Emergencies

What are Drivley safety guidelines in case of an accident or medical emergency? Drivley drivers are advised to pull over in a safe area, contact local emergency agency, and contact management. In the event a passenger under the age of 18 is in the vehicle, management will reach out to all parties involved for further guidance.
