If you receive a message indicating “Unavailable,” it means we are currently fully booked during your preferred time.
You can opt for “Quote Only” from the dropdown menu to determine your ride rate if your desired time is unavailable.
We recommend families fill out our Recurring Ride Slot Form to receive notifications when openings become available.
Upon successful processing of your ride request, you’ll receive a confirmation message via the email on file. In the event, we cannot accommodate your requested ride, a cancellation email will be sent by Drivley.
